Booty Poppin Workout
Hey guys!

I am excited to share the first workout that I have designed for this website. I promise that as time goes on, I will get better at creating the graphics, but I wanted to make this one fun and simple. At the bottom of this post, I have included an exercise gallery with links to helpful videos so you can use proper form.

I did this workout yesterday, so I know it’s effective. I could barely walk out of the gym and today I am struggling! In my own personal workout program, I include a leg day and a separate glute day because one of my goals is building up my booty.

I named this the “Booty Poppin’ Workout” because your buns will feel like they are going to pop out of your jeans afterward. Expect this workout to take about an hour. For the walk at the end, you want to keep your heart rate up a little so you’re sweating but you would be able to hold a conversation as well. Your legs will be spent after the lifting portion of this routine so don’t go overboard.
