I don’t know about you all, but I love themed workout playlists, especially when it comes to glute day! I love to work my bum, butt, boom boom, rump – whatever you want to call it.
I have been using random playlists on Spotify, but I thought it would be a blast to create my own playlist with the songs that I love, and share them with you. You can use this playlist for glute day or leg day. For me, these songs give me a lot of energy, and keep me going through a tough workout. With my dance past, I have this weird thing about being rhythmical. I will lower down for two counts and come up for two counts in a squat to the rhythm of the song I am listening to. This makes beats really important to my workout playlist. For cardio I use faster paced songs. Am I am the only person out there who likes to “choreograph” my workouts? Please tell me I am not the only one!

I need to let you know, the playlist I have on Spotify is not edited, so it is the original cuts of the songs. Language doesn’t really bother me, I grew up listening to Eminem and DMX so maybe I am numb to it, so I apologize if this playlist doesn’t suit you, but you can use it as inspiration and create your own list with the radio edits of these songs. 😀

Do you find that you like to workout to a certain rhythm even when you are weightlifting, or am I alone in this? LOL.
