If you have been participating in the 5 Day Summer Reset this week, I hope you have been having a great time! The workouts have been killer, and I had a ton of fun hosting Lindsey, Emily & Emily for the Workout of Champs last night!!! Their times were awesome at 37mins, 39mins and 47mins respectively.
