#liveinprAna Instagram Challenge Announcement!

I’m joining prAna and Sweat Pink for a super fun, #7daystretch #liveinprana challenge – it starts today (Monday, August 24th) and ends at the end of the week (Sunday, August 30th). We’ll be talking about how we (the community) embrace a prAna lifestyle (#liveinprana) and are challenging ourselves to stretch a little deeper, farther and more mindfully for 7 whole days (the #7daystretch). And we’re not just stretching our bodies so you don’t have to be pretzel to join in, we’re also stretching our minds and souls!

We’re nearing the end of August and even though the summer is coming to an end, I’m super excited about the Fall because I love the cooler weather (although San Diego is never too much cooler). I also love spending more time with family and loved ones for the holidays.  In fact, my very favorite thing about Fall is curling up on the couch watching movies with my husband and drinking/eating anything with pumpkin in it. I can imagine myself wearing the Estee Sweater Vest,  the Bridget Lined Shirt and Trinity Cord pants_{see the whole outfit below!) while I am Black Friday shopping. I mean, look how comfortable this outfit looks! Not to mention, it is absolutely adorable! What I love about prAna is that their clothing is designed for people with active lifestyles.

If I had one goal for the Fall, it would be to stay on track with my healthy lifestyle because it is much harder to stick to any fitness goals around the holidays. To achieve it, I know I will need to keep a list of goals and make staying active a fun activity for my whole family. And of course I want to look great doing it so I have the Ginger Top & Ergo Legging on my wish-list as well as the outfit above!!
