I am back! Changes to the blog & life updates!

Hi all!
So it’s been a long long time since I have taken the time to sit down and write an article here. If you know me personally, you know that a lot of changes have happened in my life recently! Mainly, I had a baby! In October 2016 my husband and I welcomed our little boy Brooks into the world. Becoming a mother has been the biggest and most rewarding adventure I have ever been on, but because of this I had chosen to focus my energy on resting, prioritizing and just being. Now that he is 7 months old, I feel my energy returning and I want to share my thoughts and ideas with YOU.

There will be changes to this blog as time goes on. In the past I chose to focus on fitness and mindset. Those things will still be a part of this journey but now I also want to talk to you about motherhood, balance, minimalism (not just things but mental and emotional clutter as well) and family. I feel a definite shift in my priorities and a new stronger sense of self. I feel that I have gifts that I would like to share with you all. 🙂
