Training Rates

So, what’s this gonna cost me?

Although the cost for the one-on-one training is a larger investment, in our experience, the results and personal attention can be addicting, and extremely beneficial if you have specific goals you are trying to attain.

We recommend at least 2 sessions per week, but currently we have clients that train 1, 2, and 3 times per week. A little effort is better than nothing at all and everyone’s schedule and finances are different. We offer different training options to suit every budget and need. We appreciate transparency, so here are our rates below.

RATES:

Private In Person (San Diego) or Skype training: $85/session (10 pack rate of $70/session)

Duo or Trio In Person (San Diego): $40/person per session.

Monthly Personalized Training Program (BEST VALUE!) : $120/month – you will receive a customized training program that you can complete on your own in the gym or at home. We will work with you on how many days per week we recommend. You will also have access to our private Facebook accountability group and unlimited email accountability with your trainer Brad or Stephanie.
